HOW IT WORKS

Experience factors range from 0.82 to 1.20. Scope adds up to 0.06, with the combined factor capped at 1.25. City and industry factors are illustrative, not measured local premiums.
Each area with at least one selected skill adds 1.5%, capped at 6%. The displayed range is ±8% around the modeled midpoint, not a statistical confidence interval.
The role, city, industry, scope, skills and range adjustments are assumptions, not fitted to a salary dataset. Nigeria uses reported net pay; the other benchmarks are before-tax figures. Company size, exact job title, benefits, and local conditions can materially change an offer.
These sources use different occupations, methods and samples. The country benchmark is sourced; the scenario adjustments are not live labour market measurements. Links open the original source.
