These Terms of Use govern the CadencePlus Solutions™ website, learning materials, free tools and the CadencePlus Solutions™️ Learning Hub. By using them, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Learning resources and tool results
Content is provided for education and general information. Salary estimates are scenarios based on published benchmarks and assumptions, not guaranteed compensation or an offer of employment. Examples, templates, SQL exercises and function references may need adaptation to your situation and software version. Verify calculations, data quality and suitability before relying on a result. We do not guarantee a job, certification, promotion, income or business outcome.
The website does not provide legal, tax, financial, immigration or other regulated professional advice. Obtain appropriate advice for decisions that require it.
Permitted use and intellectual property
Unless a resource provides a different licence, you may view our content and download and adapt free templates for your own learning or internal work. CadencePlus Solutions™ and its licensors retain rights in original content, tools, designs and branding. Do not resell our resources, redistribute them as your own, remove attribution or imply endorsement without permission. Linking to the website is welcome.
Third-party materials, product names, software and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing here implies affiliation with Microsoft, Tableau, Google or another vendor.
Respectful and lawful use
Do not use the site to harm others, send spam, submit unlawful content, interfere with services, bypass access controls or attempt unauthorized access to another person’s information. You must have authority to share information you submit. Do not upload confidential client data or sensitive personal information through general enquiry forms. We may restrict misuse while respecting rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Enquiries, consulting and paid services
Submitting a consulting enquiry does not create a client relationship or an obligation to deliver work. Scope, fees, deadlines, deliverables, confidentiality, ownership and any cancellation or refund terms must be agreed in writing for an engagement. These website terms do not replace that agreement. The website currently does not collect payment-card details or process consulting payments.
Third-party services and availability
Linked sites, YouTube lessons, Microsoft Forms and other external services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability or content. Features may change or be unavailable, and browser-local learning progress in some website tools can be lost if storage is cleared. The account-based Learning Hub separately saves learning records to your account. Keep copies of anything important.
Limitations and your legal rights
We take care with our content, but cannot promise that every item is complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and free resources are provided as available without additional warranties. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent allowed by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory consumer, privacy or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Canadian law, updates and contact
Applicable Canadian law governs these terms, together with any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Any dispute may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. Please contact us first if there is a problem so we can try to resolve it.
We may update these terms for future use and will change the date on this page. Material changes will be communicated where required. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining parts continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

CadencePlus Solutions™️ Learning Hub
The CadencePlus Solutions™️ Learning Hub (“Learning Hub”) is our account-based learning platform. These terms apply to its courses, practice tools, projects, feedback, rewards and administrative features as well as the main website.
Your account and learning path
Use your own account, keep access secure and provide accurate profile details. Do not share access or use another learner’s account. The Hub currently uses ChatGPT sign-in; we do not receive your ChatGPT password. SQL and one BI tool form the required learning path. Your selected BI tool becomes fixed once started; optional courses can be added where available. Contact us if you need help correcting your enrolment or progress.
Learning records, completion and rewards
The Hub saves account-linked work such as lesson checks, queries, notes, project submissions, scores and feedback. Course completion, reviewed-project verification, credits and rewards have separate requirements shown in the platform. Video playback records and practice checks support learning progress; they do not independently prove competence or attention. A Hub completion record is not a vendor certification, academic qualification or promise of employment.
Cadence Credits and reward balances are learning incentives within the Hub, not money, a deposit or transferable currency. Available rewards, credit costs and booking conditions are shown before redemption. Guidance sessions depend on available slots. If a record appears incorrect, contact us for review rather than attempting to alter scores, bypass checks or manipulate credits.
Submitted work and community sharing
You retain ownership of work you submit. You give CadencePlus Solutions permission to store, display to authorized reviewers and process that work as needed to deliver learning, feedback, support and the sharing options you select. Submit work you have authority to share, use synthetic or appropriately anonymized data and explain any AI assistance where requested. Do not upload confidential employer or client data, passwords or unnecessary personal information.
Peer sharing and leaderboard participation are optional. Selecting peer sharing may make your written findings and evidence link visible to other learners in your learning environment after verification; attachments are not included in that sharing. External evidence links may have their own access permissions. Review those permissions before submitting a link.
Administrative support and organization access
Authorized CadencePlus staff and, where applicable, administrators or reviewers for your organization may access relevant learning records to provide support, review submissions, manage enrolment and correct errors. Support features may allow an authorized administrator to view the learner interface and perform permitted resets or corrections. These actions do not authorize staff to act as you outside the platform. The Privacy Policy explains the information involved and your access and correction options.
Paid courses, materials and external services
Only purchase a course, project pack or subscription through an expressly available checkout or written agreement. Any price, included access, renewal, cancellation and refund terms must be provided before purchase, subject to applicable consumer rights. A preview or “enrolment not open” notice is not a purchase or an entitlement to future access. YouTube, BI tools and other linked services have separate accounts, licences and terms where applicable. Watching a video outside the Hub may not update Hub progress.
